2001～2006年济南市天桥区流行性腮腺炎流行病学分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解济南市天桥区流行性腮腺炎（简称流腮）发病情况和流行规律，为今后防治提供依据。[方法]对2001-2006年所有县级以上驻区医院流腮资料进行分析。[结果]2001～2006年济南市天桥区流腮累计发病487例，累计发病率为15．24／10万，无死亡病例。其中，2001年发病率为16．62／10万．2002年发病率为14．28／10万，2003年发病率为10．91／10万，2004年发病率为18．09／10万，2005年发病率为、5．84／10万，2006年发病率为29．77／10万。不同年份发病率差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。各月均有发病．第1季度发病214例，占43．94％；男性高于女性（P＜0．01）；7～12岁发病230例，占47．23％；以学生为主，发病326例，占66．49％.临床症状主要有发热、腮腺肿大。常见并发症有睾丸炎、心肌炎。[结论]天桥区流腮发病呈逐年下降的趋势。接种流腮疫苗是一种降低流腮发病率的有效措施。[Objective]To learn the epidemiological characterist：ics of epidemic parotitis in Tianqiao district of Ji＇nan and put forward resource for prevention and control. [Methods]Descriptive analysis of the data from epidemic parotitis in the hospitals above county in Tianqiao district was made. [Results]Total 487 cases were reported in Tianqiao district from 2001 to 2006. Cumulative incidence rate was 15.24/100 000. The year incidence rate were 16.62/100 000 in 2001.14.28/ 100 000 in 2002,10.91/100 000 in 2003,18. 09/100 000 in 2004,5.84/100 000 in 2005,29.77/100 000 in 2006,respectively（ P〈0. 01）. No death. This disease could be found whole year. 214 cases were in first quarter（43.94%）. The morbidity of male was higher than female（ P〈0.01）. 230 cases were from 7 to 12 years old （47.23%）. Student （326 cases） was the main in occupation distribution, which was 66.49 % of all the cases. Fever and parotid swelling were the main clinical symptoms. Orchitis and myocarditis were the main complications. [Conclusion]The incidence of epidemical parotitis in Tianqiao Distric had a trend of decreasing year by year. The efficient means to reduce the morbidity of epidemic parotitis are inoculation of parotitis vaccine.
