摘　　要：农业产业化经营是社会主义新农村建设的有效途径,也是解决"三农"问题的重要组织形式,但农业产业化经营中面临着市场风险、技术风险与自然风险等一系列风险,使农业产业化进程中的不确定性大大增加,因此用建立配套的农业保险机制来规避风险,将对整个农业和农村的持续发展起到积极作用。Industrial management of agriculture is an effect approach in constructing the New Socialist Countryside and solving the problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers. But there are a series of risk such as market risk, technology risk, nature calamity etc. in the Agricultural Industrialization, which will increase the uncertainty in the agricultural production and management. We should establish agricultural insurance mechanism to assure sustainable agricultural growth.
