摘　　要：目的 探讨关节镜辅助下空钉固定治疗膝后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的治疗方法。方法 对7例关节镜辅助下空心钉固定治疗膝后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折患者进行回顾性分析，7例后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折块横径均大于10mm，在膝关节镜监视下复位，空心钉内固定。结果 所有患者获3个月～1年随访，骨折均获得骨性愈合，愈合时间6—8周，无不愈合及骨坏死发生。术后3—6个月，Lysholm膝关节功能评分97．2±3．8。结论 膝关节镜监视下复位。空心钉内固定是治疗膝后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的有效方法。Objective To investigate the treatment of tibial avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament by hollow screw under arthroscopy. Methods 7 cases of tibial avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament were made on a retrospective analysis. All transverse diameters of avulsion fracture bone blocks were longer than 10 mm. Under arthroscopy, all 7 cases were reducted under arhroscopy, and were fixed by the hollow screws. Results All cases were fellowed-up for 3 months to 1 year with average of 8 months. All fractures were gotten bone union. No nonunion and osteonecrosis happened. Conclusions The treatment of tibial avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament with hollow screw was an effective method under arthroscopy.
