高敏C反应蛋白和血管性血友病因子与代谢综合征的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和血管性血友病因子(vWF)水平与代谢综合征(MS)的关系。方法随机选取代谢综合征患者100例,正常对照组100例,ELISA法测定hs-CRP、vWF,分析hs-CRP、vWF水平与MS的相关性。结果①MS组hs-CRP、vWF中位数分别是3.02mg/L、112.5%,显著高于对照组的1.62mg/L、80.6%(P<0.001);②直线相关分析表明hs-CRP含量与vWF浓度呈正相关(r=0.84,P<0.001),多元线性回归分析显示腰围、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、性别及年龄与hs-CRP水平的相关系数差异具有统计学意义(r依次为0.35,0.17,-0.13,-0.15,0.12,P<0.01);腰围、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及年龄与vWF水平的相关系数差异具有统计学意义(r依次为0.24,-0.16,0.14,P<0.01)。结论代谢综合征与体内炎症反应有关,炎症促进内皮损伤,hs-CRP、vWF水平可以作为代谢综合征的重要标志。Objective To measure the serum levels of high sensitivity C-reative protein （hs-CRP）and von Willebrand factor （vWF） in patients with metabolic syndrome（MS） and to study their relationships with the disease. Methods The serum levels of hs-CRP and vWF were determined in patients with metabolic syndrome（ MS group,n = 100） and normal subjects（ control group, n = 100）. Results The serum hs-CRP, vWF level were higher in MS group than that in control group （P 〈 0.001 ） ;The level of vWF in serum was positively correlated with hs-CRP（ respectively r = 0.84 ,P 〈 0. 001 ） ; Multiple stepwise regression showed that hs-CRP level was con＇elated with waist circumstance, TG, HDL-C, age and gender; that vWF level was correlated with WHA, HDL-C and age. Conclusions MS was associated with inflammatory response. Inflammatory response may injure endothelial cell. hs-CRP and vWF level could be as important marker of MS.
