免疫性卵巢早衰小鼠生殖能力的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾复方左归丸对免疫性卵巢早衰(POF)小鼠动情周期、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、受孕率的影响。方法:以小鼠透明带3为抗原,皮下多点注射免疫BALB/c雌性小鼠建立免疫性卵巢早衰模型。设左归丸低、中、高不同剂量进行治疗,以泼尼松、己烯雌酚为阳性对照,观察动情周期、受孕率,ELISA法检测外周血清FSH、E2水平。结果:模型组小鼠动情周期紊乱,FSH增高,E2降低,受孕率低下。左归丸各剂量组动情周期时间延长,但仍有规律性变化。FSH升高及E2降低均不明显,受孕率也低下。结论:模型组卵巢功能损伤、破坏。左归丸能改善、保护卵巢功能,但对受孕率改善不明显。Objective： To probe the effect of Zuogui Pill （ZGP）, a Chinese compound recipe for tonifying Shen, on estrous cycle, FSH,E2 and conception rate of mice. in mice with immune premature ovarian faiiure （POF）.nethods：BALB/c female mice model of POF was established by multiple sites subcutaneous injection of zona pellucida 3 of mice, and treated with different dosage ZGP of low, middle and high one. with prednisone and diaethylstilbestrol as positive control. Observed estrous cycle of mice and conception rate. Detected FSH and E： in peripheral blood serum by ELISA. Results：The estrous cycle of POF models were disorder, The level of FSH increased and E2 decreased. The conception rate become low The period of estrous cycle prolonged in the mice of difterent dosage ZGP, but still kept regularity period. The change of FSH and E2is not significant. The conception rate was lower also. Conclusion：The ovarian function is hurt and destroyed in immune POF mice. ZGP can improve and preserve the ovarian function, but not improve significantly conception rate.
