滋肾降糖丸对糖尿病大血管病变患者血清脂联素和血管内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察滋阴降糖丸对伴有大血管并发症的2型糖尿病患者血清脂联素和血管内皮功能的影响。方法:将入选的120例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者随机分为治疗组60例,对照组60例,两组均予糖尿病相关健康教育,合理饮食并常规应用西药降糖、降压常规治疗,治疗组加用滋阴降糖丸(由黄芪、党参、生地、熟地、怀牛膝、黄精、三七等组成),每次6g,每日3次,两组疗程均为2个月,测定两组治疗前后,血清脂联素、vWF,NO的水平。结果:两组治疗后均能使脂联素水平升高,NO浓度升高,vWF水平降低,治疗组治疗前后有显著性差异,而对照组无显著性差异。结论:滋阴降糖丸能提高血清脂联素水平,改善糖尿病合并高血压患者的血管内皮功能。Objective： To study the effect of Jiang tang Bushen Recipe （JBR） on serum adiponectin and endothelial function in patients with type 2 diabetic vascopathy.nethods：120 type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension were randomized to trial group （60cases） and control group （60 cases）, besides, another healthy group （20 cases） was established. Education course, dietary treatment and conventional hypoglycemic agent were given to both groups. And JBR was given additionally to patients in the treated group. 6 g t/d, for two months. Before and after the treatment, Levels of serum adiponectin, nitrous oxide（NO） and Von Willebrand＇s factor were assayed.Results：In trial group, levels of serum adiponection and NO increased and FWD increased significantly. While vWF decreased as compared with before treatment,all were noted to be of significances （P〈0.05.or P〈0.01）. NO significance was found in the control group after treatment as compared with before treatment（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： JBR can enchance serum adiponectin level and improve endothelial function in type 2 diabetic patients with hyperension.
