保肝消脂冲剂治疗脂肪肝52例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价以疏肝健脾利湿降浊法组方的保肝消脂冲剂治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:对确诊为脂肪肝的52例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组28例,对照组24例。治疗组服用保肝消脂冲剂,对照组服用东宝肝泰片。疗程为8周,观察治疗前后临床症状,肝脏超声,肝功能及血脂的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.9%,对照组总有效率为75%,两组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:以疏肝健脾利湿降浊法组方的保肝消脂冲剂治疗脂肪肝的疗效强于东宝肝泰片,是治疗脂肪肝的有效药物。Objective： To appraise the curative effect of Baoganxiaozhi Granula which is based on the method of disperse the depressed liver-energy, invigorate the spleen, damp elimination and descending urination for fatty liver.Methods： 52 cases of fatty liver were allocated to 2 group randomly （the treatment group was 28,the control group was 24）. The treatment group was treated by Baoganxiaozhi Granula, the control group by Dongbaogantai Pellet, with a course of 8 weeks. The clinical symptom, ultrasonic examination of liver, liver function and the changes of blood-fat before and after treatment were observed.Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.9%, and the control group was 75%. the comparison of various parameters between treatment group and control group showed markedly significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Baoganxiaozhi Granula is rather effective for fatty liver disease.
