摘 要:目的:通过观察莪术油对乳腺癌癌前病变造模大鼠血液流变学及血流动力学的影响,探讨莪术油治疗乳腺癌癌前病变的机理。方法:将72只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、疾病模型组、三苯氧胺组、康莱特组及莪术油组。采用DMBA诱导乳腺癌癌前病变造模,第10周进行干预治疗,第14周进行病理学、血液流变学及血流动力学分析。结果:疾病模型组与空白对照组比较,全血黏度、血浆黏度、还原黏度增高(P<0.05),乳房微循环灌注量降低(P<0.05);莪术油组大鼠中切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血浆黏度、还原黏度降到接近空白组水平,微循环灌注量恢复到空白组水平,与病模组比较,差异显著(P<0.01),莪术油组的治疗效果优于康莱特组及三苯氧胺组(P<0.05)。结论:莪术油可改善乳腺癌癌前病变造模大鼠的血液流变学,增加乳房的微循环灌注量,是其治疗和预防乳腺癌癌前病变的机理之一。Objective : To research the mechanism of treating breast precancer with Curzerene by measuring the blood rheology and mammary microeirculation of the animal model of breast precancer rats. Methods : 72 SD rats were randomly divided into five groups:the blank control group, the breast precancer model group, remedial groups of Curzerene, the comparative group of kanglaite, the comparative group of tamoxifen. Animal model of rat breast precancer was induced with DMBA. Interpose treatment was performed when the 10th week,and analysis of blood rheology,pathology and mammary microcirculation when the 14th week. Results : Compared with the blank control group,blood viscosity,plasma viscosity, deoxidize viscosity, the breast preeancer model group increased ( P 〈 0.05 ), mammary microeirculation perfusion decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ). Blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, deoxidize viscosity Curzerene group got back to the normal level, mammary microcirculation comeback to the level of the blank control group,and had significant difference compared with the breast precancer model group( P 〈0.01 ). The treatment of remedial groups of Curzercne is better than the comparative group of kanglaite ( P 〈 0.01 ) and the comparative group of tamoxifen ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Curzerene could cure and prevent breast precaneer by influencing blood rheology and increasing perfusion of mammary microcirculation.
