中医火烙法治疗慢性扁桃体炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医烙法治疗慢性扁桃体炎临床疗效。方法:采用自制小烙铁,烧红后,对扁桃体施烙,每周2次,根据扁桃体肥大程度,10～20次为1个疗程,根据疗效判定标准判断疗效。结果:本技术对慢性扁桃体炎治疗总有效率96%,治疗方法简单易行,费用低廉,有很大的推广价值和空间。Objective ：Observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the method of cauterization of Traditional Chinese Medicine （CTCM） on chronic tonsillitis. Methods ： Cauterize the tonsils twice a week by applying selfmade small iron burned to red. A course is composed of 10 - 20 times depending on the large degree of the tonsils. In the meanwhile, judge the effects based on the criteria of the therapeutic effect. Results ：The total effective rate is 96% on chronic tonsilli- tis by using the technique. The therapeutic method can be promoted extensively since it has the characteristics of simple manipulation and low price.
