定心汤治疗气阴两虚型失眠临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察定心汤治疗气阴两虚型失眠的临床疗效及患者的症状改善情况。方法:气阴两虚型失眠患者50例随机分为两组,中药治疗组30例给予定心汤治疗,对照组20例采用柏子养心丸治疗,30天为1个疗程。观察患者的总体疗效及症状改善情况。结果:中药治疗组患者的总体疗效与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的症状积分治疗前后比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);结论:定心汤对于气阴两虚型失眠患者有确切疗效,能够改善患者症状,提高患者的生活质量。Objective ： To observe clinically the curative effect of Dingxin decoction in treating Insomnia of deficiency of qi and yin and the improvement of symptoms with insomnia patients. Methods ： Fifty patients suffering from insomnia were randomly divided into two groups ,30 patients in treatment group were treated with Dingxin decoction ,The other patients in control group were treated with Baiziyangxin Pill,30 days as one course. To observe the changement of overall curative effect and the improvement of symptoms with insomnia patients. Results ：The overall curative effect was different in treatment group and control group and had statistic significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ;There was statistic significant differences of symptoms integral（ P 〈 0. 01 ）before and after treatment. Conclusion ： Dingxin decoction was a satisfactory treatment for Insomnia of deficiency of qi and yin,improved symptom and enhanced life quality for the patients with Insomnia.
