摘 要:目的:探讨蜂胶在动脉粥样硬化中的抗氧化作用。方法:组织块法培养脐动脉平滑肌细胞,按分组分别施加药物孵育24h后,分光光度计测定细胞培养液中过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。新西兰大白兔饲喂不同的饲料后,检测血清中低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及总SOD活力、MDA的含量。结果:在蜂胶水提液抑制AngⅡ诱导的平滑肌细胞增殖过程中总SOD活力增加,MDA含量降低,与AngⅡ组均差异显著(P(0.01);蜂胶能增加高脂血症兔的总SOD活力,降低LDL、MDA含量,与模型组相比,差异显著(P(0.01)。结论:在抑制动脉粥样硬化病变过程中,蜂胶具有抗脂质过氧化作用。Objective : To investigate antioxidation of Propolis during preventing atherosclerosis. Methods : human umbilical artery smooth muscle cell (HUASMC) were cultured by the explant method. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and maleie dialdehyde(MDA) in HUASMC culture medium superior was measured with speetrophotometer after incubation of the cells with different dose water extract propolis(WEP) for 24h. Serum was tested for the level of low density lipoproteln (LDL) ,SOD,MDA after New Zealand rabbits were fed with different feed. Results : There were obvious differences between WEP group and Ang Ⅱ group ( P 〈0.01 ) on activity of SOD and MDA,SOD increased and MDA decreased. Propolis also enhanced activity of SOD and reduced MDA and LDL in hyperlipid rabbits ,there's significant difference between model group and Propolis group ( P 〈 0.01 ) o Conclusion :Propolis can apparently improve the antioxidation during preventing atheroselerosis.
