The Effects of the Invigorating the Kidney and the Spleen Prescription to the Content of Mono-amines Neurotransmitter in the Brain Tissues of De-ovary Rat

摘  要:目的:补肾健脾中药治疗妇女围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法:治疗组采用自拟补肾健脾口服方,并与更年康相对照,观察治疗前后妇女围绝经期综合征的症状评分,同时放免测定了部分患者治疗前后血清性激素的含量。结果:(1)补肾健脾中药能明显改善围绝经期综合征患者各主要症状,痊愈率为28.57%,总有效率达91.42%,较更年康疗效显著(P<0.05);缓解胸闷心悸、烦燥易怒、倦怠乏力、浮肿症状显著优于更年康对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(2)补肾健脾中药能明显升高50岁以下患者E2水平(P<0.05)。结论:补肾健脾法治疗妇女围绝经期综合征的疗效可靠,并对尚未完全衰退的卵巢功能有促进和调节作用。Objective : Investigate the mechanism of the invigorating the kidney and the spleen prescription to the regulatory function of autonomic nerve. Methods : This passage used de - ovary rat as animal model to simulate the diminishing ovary function during peri - menopusual period, and investigated The effects of the invigorating the kidney and the spleen prescription to the content of mono - amines neurotransmitter in brain tissues of de - ovary rat. Geng - nian - kang was used for comparison. Results. After removing ovary from rat, the respective automatic neurotransmitter in hypothalamus was affected. The ratio of 5 - HT/NE increased significantly. The invigorating the kidney and the spleen prescription could effectively regulate the content of automatic neurotransmitter and resume it to another equilibrium state. The respec- tive effect was greater than using Geng - nian - kang. Conclusion : The invigorating the kidney and the spleen prescription could suppress the synthesis of 5 - HT in de - ovary rat, promote the function of the noradrenaline neuron of de - ovary rat, regulate the animes automatic neurotransmitter, and resume it to another equilibrium state.
