心可舒片对原发性高血压病患者内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨心可舒片对原发性高血压患者内皮功能的影响。方法:选取高血压病患者72例,随机分为常规降压治疗组(n=36)及心可舒组(n=36),两组用药疗程均为8周。实验前后分别测定血清NO(一氧化氮)、ET(内皮素)及血清脂蛋白,并采用超声测量肱动脉血流介导的舒张反应(EDD)。结果:两组治疗后血清NO、EDD较治疗前明显升高,血清ET浓度下降(P<005)。与常规降压组相比,心可舒片组NO、EDD治疗后升高更显著(P<005)。结论:常规降压治疗基础上应用心可舒片可进一步改善高血压患者的内皮舒张功能。Objective： To study the effects of XinKeShu tablet to the endothelial function of patients with essential hypertension. Methods： 72 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into routine treatment group（ RT, n =36） and XinKeShu group（XKS, n =36）. NO,ET,lipoprotein and endothelial dependent dilatation of brachial artery （EDD） were determined in the beginning and after this 8 - weeks - test. Results： In the two groups ,serum NO and EDD were obviously higher than before while ET was lower than before when the study was over（ P 〈 0.05 ）. NO and EDD in XKS group were significantly higher than in RT group after treatment. Conclusion： XinKeShu tablet can improve the endothelial function of patients with essential hypertension.
