摘　　要：简要介绍了自动测厚控制系统的工作原理,对比分析了自动测厚系统应用前后,薄膜厚薄均匀度的变化,结果表明:自动测厚控制系统的应用实现了生产过程中对薄膜厚度的有效控制,有力地保障了薄膜的各项性能,提高了产品质量,节约了生产成本,而且操作简便。Contrast present with past, the use of profile control on line was analyzed. The profile control was the best application of agriculture film line. The profile control could remain the film function and kept balance thickness. The use of profile control improved the quality of the agricultural and reduced the cost of production, and it was in operating.
