摘  要:实验对比研究了白炭黑和有机膨润土对PP基木塑复合材料力学性能的影响;研究了白炭黑用量对PP基木塑复合材料力学性能、加工性能和耐水性的影响;用扫描电镜(SEM)观测分析了复合材料冲击断面。研究结果表明:白炭黑的改性效果比有机膨润土要好;当白炭黑用量在20份时复合材料的综合性能最佳,拉伸强度和冲击强度较未加时分别提高了65.5%和44.9%,而此时复合材料的加工性能和耐水性虽有所降低,但降低很小;SEM电镜照片观察到白炭黑用量加至20份,复合材料表现为韧性断裂,白炭黑起了增强增韧的作用。The effect of silica and organobentonite on mechanical properties of wood plastic composite based on PP was studied in contrast. The effect of dosage of silica on mechanical properties, processing property and water resistant of wood plastic composite based on PP was researched. The impact fracture of the composite was observed by means of SEM. The result showed that the effect of silica was better than organobentonite. The properties of composites were the best when silica was 20phr,the tensile strength and impact strength of the composite were enhanced of 65.5% and 44.9% respectively compared with the composite without silica, while processing property and water resistant of composite were reduced, but the reduction was small. It was observed by SEM that the composite expressed toughness fracture when silica was added to 20phr,and silica toughened and reinforced the composite.
