摘 要:文章研究了超细Al(OH)3对ABS材料阻燃、抑烟性能的影响,并对其机理进行了探讨。结果表明:Al(OH)3使ABS材料的热释放速率(HRR)、有效燃烧热(EHC)、质量损失速率(MLR)和生烟速率(SPR)显著降低;Al(OH)3是ABS良好的抑烟剂;Al(OH)3对ABS材料的阻燃抑烟以凝聚相机理和稀释机理为主。The effect of micropowder Al( OH ) 3 on the fireproofing smoke-suppressing properties of ABS composites were studied and the retardant mechanism was also discussed. The results showed that heat release rate, effective heat of combustion, mass loss rate and smoke production rate of ABS composites were dramatically decreased with the blending of Al(OH)3. It was also found that Al (OH)3 was a very efficient smoke suppressant for the ABS composites. The main mechanisms were considered as solid phase and dilute ones.
