摘  要:吸塑工艺已成为薄壳塑件成型的最佳工艺。利用适用于黏弹性流体的通用模拟软件Polyflow建立了凸模吸塑成型过程完整的数值模拟方法,该方法可以非常形象直观地预测吸塑制品成型过程中厚度的变化及分布情况,并且可通过调整成型工艺参数较快地、经济地获得理想制品,为新材料吸塑成型及新吸塑产品研发设计合理的吸塑成型工艺,提供可靠的理论计算数据。The plastic sucking process was the best process for the thin-shell plastic product. By the general finite element analysis software Polyfow for viscoelastic fluid, a numerical simulation method for plastic sucking core moulding process was presented. The method could visually forecast the thickness variation and distribution of plastic sucking product during forming. By adjusting forming process parameters in computer, an ideal product was made quickly and economically, and this means could provide the reliable theoretical calculation data for designing right sucking moulding process of new material sucking forming and new plastic sucking product. Examples of testing the effectiveness of the method were included.
