摘　　要：本文以哈尔滨工程大学为典型案例,就该校2003-2006年的EI、SCI和ISTP的论文收录情况采用定性和定量相结合的方法,从总量变化趋势、各院系变化趋势、期刊集中度、作者等多个方面进行信息分析,并给出相应的对策建议,为其它相同类型或相同领域的研究提供有益的参考。As a typical case for Harbin Engineering University, this paper adopts qualitative and quantitative combined methods to analyze EI, and ISTP SCI papers included about the total change, the trend of changes in various faculties, periodicals degree of centralization, the author, and many other aspects from 2003 to 2006. Further, it gives corresponding countermasures proposed and provides a useful reference in other areas of the same type or the same study.
