高校图书馆实施“学科馆员”制度的探讨

摘　　要："学科馆员"制度这一新生事物在我国出现的近十年中,暴露了不少问题。为了"学科馆员"制度顺利的发展,本文首先提出了我们业内人士应明确的几个比较模糊的观点,然后探讨了对学科馆员的管理,并提出了学科馆员的培养方法。＂Subject librarian＂ system, which is newly emerging in the nearly ten years in our country , has exposed many questions. For better imph mentation of the ＂subject librarian＂ system, this article first proposed our professional should be clear about several quite fuzzy viewpoints, then discussed management of subject librarian, and proposed training method of subject librarian.
