摘　　要：新的网络应用需求不断增加,特别是第二代互联网(IPv6网)的发展,为进一步扩大网络应用范围,推动构建面向用户的专业信息化信息价值增值服务模式提供了充足的发展空间。As the demand for application of new net is increasing, the development of the second - generation of Intemet （IPv6 net） further enlarges the scope of net application, thus pushing the improvement of the specialized information value- addition service methods for the Intemet users.
