摘　　要：本文从新观念、新思路、新技术;人才队伍建设;文献资源特色;文献资源获取途径;文献资源共享等几方面探讨了中小型图书馆文献资源建设的对策。This article discussed the measurements to be taken to expand literature resottree in small- and medium- sized libraries on new ideas, new idea, new technology, the development of staff, the characteristics of literature resource, the way for obtaining and sharing of literature resource.
