摘　　要：根据波特的竞争战略理论,在市场竞争环境条件下,低成本和差异化是企业获得竞争优势的关键,高技术企业所拥有的知识产权和信息技术系统能够降低企业成本和实现差异化。本文从这一逻辑关系出发,构建了知识产权和信息技术系统对高技术企业竞争优势的作用关系理论模型,全面分析了知识产权和信息技术系统对高技术企业成本和差异化的作用关系。According to Porter＇s theory of competitive strategy in the competitive market conditions, the lowcost is the key for the enterprises to gain the competitive advantage, high - tech enterprises have the intellectual property and information technology systems to reduce business costs and achieve differentiation, In dais paper, starting from dais logic, building a theoretical model of intellectual property and information technology systems for high - tech enterprises＇ competitive advantages, making an comprehensive analysis of the intellectual property and information technology systems for high- tech emerprises＇ cost and the difference.
