摘  要:目的通过研究中药复方注射剂结核清(TBQ)对小鼠的免疫调节作用,为TBQ注射剂的抗结核免疫药理学和临床前研究提供基础研究依据.方法建立环磷酰胺(CY)所致免疫功能低下ICR小鼠模型,研究TBQ对小鼠胸腺重量指数、淋巴细胞增殖和T淋巴细胞亚群的影响.结果TBQ低剂量组可明显增加小鼠胸腺重量指数(与模型对照组比较P<0.01);TBQ各剂量组T淋巴细胞增殖实验比模型对照组显著增高(P<0.01),以中剂量组效果最佳;TBQ各剂量组对降低的L3T4+T淋巴细胞均有上调作用,使L3T4+/Lyt2+比值恢复接近正常水平,其中以中剂量组为佳(与模型对照组比较P<0.01).结论TBQ对免疫功能低下模型小鼠的细胞免疫具有上调作用.Objective To study the immunoregulation functions of TBQ injection on the mouse,and provide basic evidence for anti-tuberculosis immunopharmacology pre-clinical study. Methods Immunosuppressive ICR mice model induced by cyclophosphamide was established and the effects of TBQ on the thymus weight index, lymphocytes proliferation and T lymphocytes subsets of the mouse were observed. Results The low-dose of TBQ could increase the thymus weight index (compared with the model control group, P 〈 0.01). Each dose of TBQ could increase T lymphocytes proliferation test (compared with the model control group P 〈 0.01). The results in mid-dose group were especially obvious. TBQ could increase L3T4^+ T lymphocytes which had decreased, and helped L3T4^+/Lyt2^+~ ratio recover to normal level, in which, the mid-dose group was obviously (compared with the model control group, P 〈 0.01). Conclusions TBQ could improve cell-mediated immunity of immunosuppressive mice model.
