摘 要:目的探讨吸烟与粉尘暴露对肺通气功能的影响。方法选择203名接尘工人(暴露组)和102名非接尘人员(对照组)进行问卷调查和FEV1测定,利用STATA统计软件分析。结果吸烟对FEV1有影响(F=15.56,P=0.001),随吸烟时间和吸烟量的增加FEV1下降量增加(F=4.01,P=0.000 4;F=2.37,P=0.023 2);吸烟与接尘的交互作用对FEV1有影响,且影响大于单独效应(F=4.11,P=0.043 7)。结论吸烟及吸烟与粉尘暴露的联合作用可影响肺通气功能。Objective To study the effect of smoking and dust exposure on pulmonary ventilation function.Methods 203 underground miners and 102 controls without coal dust exposure were selected,and the questionnaire and FEV1 measurement were performed on them.The data were analyzed with STATA software.Results Smoking had some influence on FEV1(F=15.56,P=0.001),and FEV1 showed dose-dependent relationship with smoking duration and amounts(F=4.01,P=0.000 4;F=2.37,P=0.023 2);additionally,there was some interaction of smoking and dust exposure on FEV1(F=4.11,P=0.043 7).Conclusion It is suggested that the effect of smoking and the combined effect with dust exposure could influence pulmonary ventilation function.
