摘 要:目的研究某车辆厂铸砂成分的元素含量。方法用扫描电子显微镜和X射线能量色散仪测定该厂翻砂、造型和清砂车间的铸砂粉尘结构及各元素的百分含量。结果随着铸造工艺流程的进行,铸造用的铸砂粉尘结构向多面结构改变,其粉尘中各元素的百分含量也随浇铸、高温发生变化,氧、硅、硫逐渐减少,铝、钙、铁逐渐增多。结论随着铸造作业工序的改变,铸砂粉尘的粒子结构和元素成分发生变化。Objective To study the element composition and particle structure of casting-sand in Nanjing Puzhen Railway Vehicle Factory.Methods Scanning electron microscope and X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer were used to detect the element composition and particle structure of the casting-sand from sand-cast,moulding and sand-cleaning workshops on that factory.Results It was found that with the progress of foundry processes and heating,the particle structure gradually changed to polysurface,and the contents of O,Si and S reduced,while Al,Ca and Fe were increased.Conclusion The study suggested that foundry process might change the element composition and particle structure of casting sands.
