平阳霉素囊内注射治疗复发性喉囊肿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察平阳霉素囊肿内注射治疗复发性喉黏液囊肿的远期疗效。方法39例复发性喉黏液囊肿患者,经间接喉镜或直达喉镜暴露喉囊肿,以0.2%平阳霉素利多卡因稀释液注入喉囊肿内,每月1次,连续注射2次为一疗程。结果39例患者中,27例患者注射一疗程,3例注射二疗程,1例注射三疗程;35例患者在间接喉镜下完成治疗,4例在直达喉镜下进行。经1年以上随访,发现36例治愈,3例显效。治疗过程中及治疗后无明显不良反应。结论表麻下平阳霉素囊肿内注射暴露清楚,手术简单,治疗后不易复发,是治疗复发性喉囊肿的有效方法。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of intracapsular injection with Pingyangmycin on recurrent laryngeal cysts based on a clinical study. Methods Included in this study were 39 cases with recurrent laryngeal mucous cyst, treated by 0.2% Pingyangmycin injected intracapsularly under indirect or direct laryngoscope to approach the cyst with mucosal surface anesthesia, once a month and twice as a therapeutic course. Results Among these 39 cases, 27 were treated only one therapeutic course, 3 were given two therapeutic courses and one received 3 therapeutic courses in this way. In the other hand, 35 Patients were completed this kind of treatment under indirect laryngoscope and 4 were Performed such a Procedure under direct laryngoscope. By the end of following up Period, 36 cases were found cured and the other 3 were shown significantly effective, all with no significant side effects found either during the therapeutic course or after the treatment. Conclusions This therapeutic Procedure with 0.2% Pingyangmycin injected intracapsularly under mucosal surface anesthesia is capable of exposing the cyst clearly, being Performed much simply and being uneasy with the lesion reoccurred, and it can be taken as an effective therapy for the treatment of recurrent laryngeal cysts.
