摘　　要：目的探讨应用Sanatmetal前臂髓内钉治疗尺桡骨骨干骨折的手术疗效。方法2005年7月至2007年3月，应用Sanatmetal前臂髓内钉治疗前臂骨折32例，其中男18例，女14例；年龄26～71岁，平均42岁。前臂尺、桡骨双骨折17例，尺骨骨折8例，桡骨骨折7例。32例中多段骨折7例，陈旧性骨折骨不连2例。结果术后随访3～21个月，平均7个月。术后无病例发生伤口感染及出现髓内钉断裂或松动，32例患者均完全骨性愈合，愈合时间平均为4个月。按Anderson评分标准评定，优28例，良4例。肘关节伸屈活动功能丧失5°～30°，平均17．5°；前臂旋前功能丧失10°～35°，平均21．6°；旋后功能丧失10°～40°，平均27．5°。结论应用Sanatmetal前臂髓内钉治疗尺桡骨骨干骨折．具有手术损伤小、固定牢固等优点，是治疗前臂骨折较理想的手术方法。Objective We used Sanatmetal forearm intramedullary nail to treat the patients of forearm fractures and observed the effect. Methods From July 2005 to March 2007,32 patients of forearm fractures were treated by using Sanatmetal forearm intramedullary nail. There were 18 males and 14 females. Patients＇age ranged from 26 to 71 years,with an average of 42. There were 17 cases of radius and ulna fractures ,8 cases of radius fracture and 7 cases of ulna fracture. Among them,7 cases had multisegment fractures and 2 was non-union. Results The follow-up period was from 3 months to 21 months,with an average of 7 months. All cases healed uneventfully. There was no infection and no intramedullary nail breaking or loosening. Bone union was seen in all patients. The average healing period was 4 months. According to Anderson＇s evaluation standard,there were 28 cases graded as excellent, 4 cases as good. The average loss of elbow motion ,forearm pronation and supination were 17.5°, 21.6°, and 27.5°respectively. Conclusion Using Sanatmetal forearm intramedullary nail for treatment of forearm fractures possesses the virtue of minor injury,secure fixation. It has good effects in bone healing and forearm functional recovery.
