重庆市某大型国有企业职工健康状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨重庆市某大型国有企业职工健康状况及疾病分布规律。方法:对3216名某大型国有企业职工进行健康体检,其检测项目有:内科、外科、耳鼻喉科、血常规、血流变学、肝功(总蛋白、白蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆红素)、肾功(尿素、尿酸、肌酐)、血糖、血脂(胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白)、乙型肝炎标志物、癌胚抗原(CEA)、心电图、腹部B超(肝、胆、胰、脾、肾)、胸部X光透视。结果:在3216例参检人员中,2855例(88.77%)职工存在不同程度的健康问题,患病率居于前3位的分别为高血压(36.23%)、高脂血症(33.49%)、脂肪肝(19.87%),男性在该3种疾病的患病率明显高于女性,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:该大型国有企业职工健康状况不容乐观,其中高血压病、高脂血症、脂肪肝成为影响职工健康状况的重要因素,因此加强对职工进行健康教育,使其拥有健康的生活方式,对提高生活及工作质量具有重要意义。Objective：To investigate the health condition of the staff in one state-owned enterprise of Chongqing. Methods：A staff of 3216 in one state-owned enterprise in Chongqing city received physical examination. The routine test departments involved in the investigation included the department of internal medicine,surgery,ENT, stomatology and gynecology,and the routine items included blood routine test,liver function （such as serum total protein,albumin,serum total bilirnbin,ALT and AST）, renal function （blood urea nitrogen,creatine and uric acid） , blood glucose,serum lipid test （such as total cholesterol,triglyceride, low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein）,type B hepatitis virus marker,cancer embryo antigen（CEA）,electrocardio- gram,examination of these organs including liver,gallbladder,pancreas,spleen and kidney by type B ultrasonography and chest X-ray examination. Results：A total of 2855 cases of 3216 examined persons （88.77%） had different degree of health problems. The top three diseases in the investigation were hypertension（36.23%）,hyperlipemia（33.49%）and fatty liver（19.87%）. The occurrance of these diseases in males was higher than that in females （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The health condition of the staff in this enterprise is not so good,and hypertension,hyperlipemia and fatty liver were the important factors influencing the staff＇s health.Consequently,it is of great significance for them to receive more health education, to lead a healthy life and to improve qualities of life and work.
