摘　　要：探讨了经济增长方式与城市用地发展的关系，用地规划如何适应经济增长由粗放型向集约型的转变，提出了集约化的用地规划目标体系及用地规划的对策与变革。The author has researched some problemes in this parper such as the relationship between the pattern of economy increasing and the development of land taking,the land use planning how to fit the economy transforming from extensiveness to intension,and has put forward the target complex of intensive land use planning and the countermeasures.
