喹乙醇诱导小鼠睾丸生精细胞凋亡作用研究

摘　　要：按毒理学方法给小鼠灌喂不同剂量喹乙醇,采用原位末端标记法检测该药物饲料添加剂对生精细胞凋亡作用的影响。结果表明:各试验组小鼠生精细胞凋亡指数较正常组和阴性对照组均有所增加,在不同时间,高剂量组均表现差异显著(p<0.05)或极显著(p<0.01),且连续给药8 d和12 d时,喹乙醇各试验组呈现出明显的剂量-效应关系,说明喹乙醇可以诱导小鼠睾丸生精细胞发生凋亡。Based on the mice fed different dosages olaquindox according to method of toxicology, effect of this medicated premix on apoptosis of spermatogenic cell was detected using method of end mark in situ. The results showed that there was a rising in index of spermatogenic cell apoptosis from all experimental groups compared with normal group and negative control group, and a significant difference from high dosages（p 〈 0.05 or p 〈 0.01 ）in different time, at the same time,there was an obvious correlation between dosage and effect of olaquindox at 8 d and 12 d. These results indicated that olaquindox could induce apoptosis of testicle spermatogenic cell in mouse.
