应用国际血涂片复审准则对XT1800i血细胞分析仪的评估

摘　　要：目的评估国际血涂片复审准则对于XT1800i血细胞分析仪红细胞和白细胞系统检测的适用性。方法以XT1800i血细胞分析仪检测样本200例,同时显微镜阅片;依据国际血涂片复审准则,对于仪器检测后实施显微镜血涂片观察结果进行临床诊断性试验分析。结果国际血涂片复审准则应用于XT1800i血细胞分析仪,其红细胞和白细胞系统的检测灵敏度为85.0%,特异度为76.3%,误诊率为23.8%,漏诊率为15.0%,正确率为78.5%。结论在仪器检测后按照国际血涂片复审准则进行显微镜阅片筛查的有效性良好,结合临床分析可能会有进一步改善。Objective To evaluate the applicability of the international criteria for blood smear review on the XT1800i hematology analyzer detecting red blood cells and white blood cells. Methods The XT1800i hematology analyzer was used to examine 200 blood samples, meanwhile the blood smears were observed under microscopes; According to the international criteria for blood smear review, the results of microscopic observation following analyzer detection were analyzed with the clinical diagnostic test. Results After the application of the international criteria for blood smear review on the XT1800i hematology analyzer the sensitivity of red blood cells and white blood cells detection was 85. 0%, the specificity 76. 3%, the false positive rate 23. 8%, the false negative rate 15. 0% and the accuracy 78. 5% respectively. Conclusion Performance of microscopic observation following analyzer detection according to the international criteria for blood smear review presented good efficiency, which would be improved if clinical condition could also be considered.
