摘 要:为提高多壁碳纳米管(Multiwalled carbon nanotubes,MWCNTs)与聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)复合的相容性,对MWCNTs进行了三乙烯四胺(Triethylene tetramine,TETA)改性,FTIR表征证明了改性的成功;采用溶液浇铸法制备了改性前后的MWCNTS/PVDF复合薄膜,并测试分析了其介电性能。结果表明TETA-MWCNTs/PVDF复合薄膜的介电性能符合逾渗理论。当MWCNTs的体积分数为0.048时,100 Hz下TETA-MWCNTs/PVDF的介电常数高达3 209,是未改性多壁碳纳米管(U-MWCNTs)/PVDF复合材料介电常数的两倍。SEM分析表明,与U-MWCNT相比,TETA-MWCNTs能更好地分散在基体中,与PVDF之间的界面结合力更强,并可形成更加致密的逾渗网络。Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) are modified by triethylene tetramine (TETA) to improve the compatibility between MWCNTs and PVDF. The success of modification is confirmed by FTIR. PVDF based composites filled by TETA-MWCNTs and unmodified multiwalled carbon nanotubes (U-MWCNTs) are fabricated by the solution cast method. The dielectric properties of the composites are measured and analyzed. The dielectric properties of TETA-MWCNTs/PVDF composites obey the percolation theory. The dielectric constant of TETA-MWCNTs/PVDF composites can reach 3 209 at 100 Hz, nearly two times larger than that of U-MWCNTs/PVDF composites when the volume fraction of filler is 0. 048. SEM morphologies for the fractured surface of composites confirm that TETA-MWCNTs can disperse more uniformly in PVDF with a tighter interracial bonding with PVDF ma- trix. The result proves that TETA-MWCNTs can form compact continuous percolation networks.
