摘 要:目的:了解不同诱导条件对贵阳腐霉(Pythium guiyangense Su)产生Pr1酶的影响。方法:观察了不同诱导物、不同菌丝接种量、不同初始pH对贵阳腐霉产生Pr1酶的影响。结果:发现在无诱导物培养液中,无Pr1酶活性。以虾壳为诱导物,在1%菌丝接种量时,产生的Pr1酶活力较高,初始pH对贵阳腐霉产生Pr1蛋白酶的影响不大。结论:了解了贵阳腐霉产生Pr1酶的最适条件,为以后研究贵阳腐霉提供参考。Objective: To investigate the effects of different induction conditions on subtilisin-like protease( Pr1 ) production of P. guiyangense. Methods: Effects of different inducers, inoculated hyphal quantity and initial pH on Pr1 production of P. guiyangense were observed. Results: No Pr1 activity ( A410 values) in media was found when no inducer was used. The enzyme activity of Pr1 produeed by P. guiyangense was relatively high under the conditions that using shrimp cuticle as inducer, and hyphal inoculation quantity being lg in 100 ml of culture media. Initial pH didn' t show remarkable effect on Pr1 production. Conclusions: A relatively optimized protocol for induction of Pr1 from P. guiyangense has been summarized, which is useful for future research work.
