摘  要:充填式浮选机是在常规普通浮选机内充填不锈钢波纹板改造而成的一种新型浮选机。经过多种不同类型的矿样反复试验。其浮选性能优于普通浮选机。尤其在回收细粒级矿粒时有其独到之处。本文主要对过去多种矿样试验中磨矿细度试验结果进行比较分析,得出结论,充填式浮选机回收细粒级矿物一般比普通浮选机回收率高1.5%左右。Filler type Flotation Machine is a new style Flotation Machine, which is rebuilt by filling the stainless steel floor plates in ordinary Flotation Machine. Pass though repeating tests which is made by different core samples, the capability of the Filler Type Flotation Machine is better than the ordinary one, especially recycle of the fine mineral granule. In this paper we compare the test results that the fineness of the milled minerals, which are made by different core samples, and we get the conclusion that the coefficient of recovery of Filler Type Flotation Machine is more about 1.5% than the ordinary Flotation Machine.
