功夫水乳剂对果蔬害虫的击倒作用研究  

Knock-down Toxicity Evaluation of Cyhalothrin (2.5 EW) against Several Kinds of Insect Pest in Fruit and Vegetable Crops

摘　　要：采用药膜法,研究比较2.5%功夫水乳剂对5种重要蔬菜果树害虫的击倒作用。结果表明,2.5%功夫水乳剂对菜粉蝶2龄幼虫、黄曲条跳甲成虫、荔枝蝽象3龄若虫和成虫的击倒速度与同剂量2.5%敌杀死乳油相当,对萝卜蚜无翅成蚜和小菜蛾2龄幼虫的击倒速度略低于同剂量2.5%敌杀死乳油,其中对菜粉蝶2龄幼虫击倒作用最强,KT50为20.62min,对小菜蛾2龄幼虫的击倒作用最慢,KT50为289.52min。Knock-down toxicity of cyhalothrin 2.5 EW （Emulsion in water） against five kinds of insect pests was determined by means of toxin membrane in fruit and vegetable crops. The result showed that the knock-down toxicity of cyhalothrin 2.5 EW was not different from dehamethrin 2.5 EC against the 2nd larvae of Pieris rapae and the adult of Phyllotreta strilata, the adult and 2nd nymph of Tessaratoma papillosa at the same dose. Although the knock-down activity of cyhalothrin 2.5 EW was strong against the non-wing adult of Lipalus erysiml （Kahenbach） and the 2 nd larvae of Plutella xylostella, it seem to be slightly slower than that of dehamethrin 2.5 EC. For five tested insect pests, cyhalothrin 2.5 EW showed the best knock-down activity against the 2nd larvae of P. rapae （KT50 is 20.62 min） and the worst against the 2 nd larvae of P. xylostella （KT50 was 289.52 min）.
