摘 要:介绍一种新型引气剂(简称AEA-1)的性能,并且通过与目前应用较为广泛的三萜皂甙类引气剂(简称AEA-2)对比研究了其引气混凝土的性能,如:新拌混凝土的和易性、泌水率、强度损失和抗冻性能等。结果表明,AEA-1引气剂能明显改善混凝土的和易性,降低混凝土的泌水率;当含气量为5.1%时,强度损失为10.65%,300次冻融循环后相对动弹模量为70.01%。AEA-1引气混凝土的性能在上述很多方面优于AEA-2引气混凝土。In this paper, a new type of air-entraining agent (AEA-1) is introduced. Many properties of fresh and hardened concrete with AEA-1 such as workability,bleeding rate, strength loss and freeze resistance etc. are studied by comparison with those concrete with another air-entraining agent (AEA-2) which main chemical component is triterpenoid saponin,and has a comparatively extensive application at present. The results show thai air-entraining agent AEA-1 can obviously improve workability and reduce bleeding rate of concrete. When air content is 5.1%,the strength loss is 10.65% and the relative dynamic and elastic modulus is 70.01% after 300 times freeze-thaw cycle. The performance of concrete with air-entraining agent AEA-1 has superiority over concrete with AEA-2 in many aspects.
