摘 要:采用微波对反应性很低的草浆碱木素进行活化,活化后的草浆碱木素再通过磺化反应在其结构上引入更多的磺酸基,将造纸废弃物制成了具有高附加值的减水剂。并通过正交实验对工艺条件进行优化,找到适宜的条件:pH值为10 ̄11;微波活化过程中H2O2用量为草浆碱木素质量的3%;磺化反应中磺化剂用量为草浆碱木素质量的20%;磺化反应时间为2h;磺化反应温度为85℃。该减水剂与没有经过微波活化直接进行磺化反应的草浆碱木素减水剂相比,具有更好的水泥净浆流动度、更高的减水率。At first an alkali lignin of wheat and straw pulp that is of low reactivity has been activated with microwave, then sulfonation reaction has been taken to activated alkali lignin for introducing more sulfonated sulfonic acid group, thus rejected material of paper making transited to a novel lignin water-reducer with high additional valne. Optimum processing condition has been determined by orthogonal method: pH is 10-11; in the coupe of microwave activation the amount of H2O2 is 3% of alkali lignin mass; in sulfonation reaction the amount of sulfonating agent is 20% of alkali lignin; the time of sulfonation reaction is 2 h; the temperature of sulfunation reaction is 85 ℃. The product has better cement paste fluidity and higher water reducing rate compared with alkali lignin water reducer without microwave activation directly taking sulfonation reaction.
