摘  要:目的探讨低温保存供肝糖原含量与肝脏微循环功能的关系及意义。方法以兔为实验对象,采用术前24h禁食、普食及普食加静脉注射葡萄糖等方法制备4组糖原含量不同(P<0.05)的供肝模型。应用微循环多普勒血流仪测定4组供肝血流再通后306、0及120min时的血流量情况,并对供肝血流再通120min时肝功能状况进行了检测。结果4组供肝于各时相,其微循环血流量值均表现为D组>C组>B组>A组,且各组彼此间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。供肝再灌注120min时,4组受体兔血液中AST、ALT及AKP含量变化均表现为A组>B组>C组>D组,且各组彼此间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在供肝切取前增加肝细胞糖原含量能显著改善再灌注期间肝脏微循环血流量。Objective To study relationship between hepatocellular glycogen contents and hepatic microeireulation function of donor liver during cold preservation and its mechanism. Methods Rat donor liver models with different contents of glycogen were established and the rates were divided into 4 groups( A,B,C and D)with abrosia for 24 hours before operation or common food or intravenous injection glucese. The blood flow of the livers were measured by the microeiroulation Doppler flow imaging after reperfusion for 30 minutes,60 minutes and 120 minutes,and the liver function of the receptor were measured after reperfusion 120 minutes.Results The volume of the donor liver's microeirculation blood flow display D 〉 C 〉 B 〉 A at each time phase, there was difference in the blood flow all the groups,the blood AST,ALT and AKP contents of each receptor display A〉 B〉 C〉 D,there was difference in each groups. Conclusion To increase the glycogen of donator liver before cutting may improve microcireulation blood flow during hepatic reperfusion.
