摘　　要：目的探讨延迟性脾破裂的早期诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性总结我院1995年10月-2005年9月所诊治的26例延迟性脾破裂的诊断和治疗情况。结果本组26例均经手术治疗全部治愈出院。结论延迟性脾破裂在临床上不多见,早期症状不典型,容易误诊,一旦确诊须积极手术。Objective Discuss the diagnose and therapy of delayed rupture of spleen.Methods To review 26 sufferers of delayed rupture of spleen from 1995 October to 2005 September are cured to get out of the hospital by surgical operation.Results 26 sufferers of this group leave hospital without exception by that operation cures all healings. Conclusion Delayed rupture of spleen is not much in the clinical top,it is difficult to diagnose in the earlier period.The symptom is not the typical model,It is easy misdiagnosis,The sufferer must be surgical operated if it is diagnosed
