合理安排术前访视的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨手术患者对于术前访视的需求状况,从而研究合理安排术前访视工作的方法。方法采用质性研究中现象学方法,通过半结构式深度访谈收集资料,阐述手术患者对于术前访视的真实需求等3个主题需求。结果术前访视为患者所需求,手术患者对于术前访视的需求呈现多个主题,主要包括:时间、形式、内容。结论访视者应结合患者需求修订访视内容、方法、时间;管理者可根据人力资源现状合理安排,达到既满足患者需求、又缓解人手不足矛盾的目的。Objective To study the requirements ot the surgical patients for preoperative to devise more adequate arrangement of the visits. Methods The phenomenological method in qualitative research was used to collect the data of the patients through semi-structured indepth interviews and understand their demands for preoperative visits. Results The surgical patients expressed their needs of preoperative visits, and these demands covered a wide range of themes including the time, form, and content. Conclusion The patients undergoing different operations have different requirements for preoperative visits. The visitors should modify the content, method and time of the visit according to these requirements. The visits should be arranged adequately to satisfy the need of the patients and relieve the staff shortage as well.
