摘 要:设计了一套由定容室、供油系统、控制系统、图像采集及处理系统组成的定容弹喷雾可视化试验系统。利用系统对不同背压下,带有中央凸台的TR燃烧室的碰撞喷雾分布特性进行高速摄影研究。通过分析喷雾照片可知随着背压增加,油束的贯穿距减小,喷雾分布的扩散度提高,喷雾锥角增大,碰壁后喷雾空间分布更加均匀,观察结果与理论分析相一致。试验结果表明:系统具有成相清晰、可靠性高、结构简单、成本低廉、操作方便、使用灵活等特点。A visualized experiment system of high-pressure container spray was designed. It was mainly composed of constant volume chamber, oil supply system, control system, date collection and management system. The facility was applied to the high speed photographing research in the spray attribution of threerapidity (TR) combustion system with center high stage. By analyzing these photos, it is concluded that with the increase of pressure, the through-distance of the oil bunch decreases, the spray diffusivity increases, the spray taper increases. After crashing with the oriented wall, the spray distribution in the space is wider than that of free spray. This is consistent with theory analysis. Test results indicate that the facility has the advantages of clearing imaging, high reliability, simple structure, low cost, convenient operation
