摘  要:以煤系高岭土为主要原料,经过对原料煅烧处理和水热合成试验,制备了13X分子筛。通过试验,优化的试验条件是:高岭土加入氯化铵后在750℃下煅烧2h,得到含有少量铁的偏高岭土,高岭土与氯化铵的最佳质量配比100∶3.2;优化后的合成反应的条件为SiO2/A12O3=3;Na2O/SiO2=1.9;H2O/Na2O=40;老化时间为1d;加入晶种的量为总产量的10%;98℃下晶化9.5h。13X molecular sieves were synthesized by baking and hydrothermal synthesizing procedures using the Coal Series Kaolinite. The optimized baking conditions were determined by experiments : the mixture of kaolinite and ammonium chloride were baked at 750℃ for 2 hours to obtain metkaolinite with less iron, the mass ratio of ammonium chloride adding to the kaolinite was 100: 3.2; The optimized reaction conditions: SiO2/Al2O3=3, Na2O/SiO2=1.9, H2O/Na2O=40, ageing 1d; 13X molecular sieves powder was added as crystal seed , which the mass raito of 13X molecular sieves to the total product was 10%, then the product was obtained after crystal at 95℃ for 9. 5h.
