消痔灵注射加手术治疗完全性直肠脱垂32例疗效分析

摘　　要：为了探讨中药消痔灵注射加肛管紧缩术综合疗法治疗完全性直肠脱垂的临床疗效，采用综合疗法治疗32例完全性直肠脱垂，近期全部治愈，1例术后肛管紧缩处创口感染，经拆线、充分引流后愈合良好。结果表明，中药消痔灵注射加肛管紧缩术综合疗法创伤小、痛苦小、简便易行、复发率低。The objective of this study was to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of injection Chinese herbal drug plus anal stringent operation in the treatment of complete rectal prolapse. This combined procedure was applied in 32 cases with complete rectal prolapse. All the cases were cured, while delayed cure was found in one case with wound infection, and this case was cured soon after drainage. It is concluded that the combined procedure of injection plus anal stringent operation is less in pain,simple in operation and low in recurrece.
