摘　　要：本文对网络普遍Ｔｅｌｅｇｅｎ定理从对称的观点重新加以解释，并给出与通常电路理论相返的途径，而由Ｔｅｌｅｇｅｎ定理导出ＫＶＬ及ＫＣＬ定理。This article interpretes symemetrically the common Tellegen theorem of networks ,and supplies a path opposite to the general circuit theory.It reasons out KVL and KCL theorems from Tellegen theorem.
