摘 要:使用火灾试验炉,对钢框架中常用的三种节点形式:全焊节点、栓焊节点、外伸端板节点进行8个试件火灾行为的试验研究。2个全焊节点和2个栓焊节点分别分为节点区有无加劲肋两种情况,4个外伸端板节点考虑两种端板厚度12mm和16mm,每种端板厚度又分为有无加劲肋两种情况。试验结果表明:加劲肋对全焊节点和外伸端板节点的抗火性能均有较大程度的提高。端板厚度对外伸端板节点的抗火性能影响不大。An experiment study has been carried out on three types of joints, which are frequently used in the steel frame structure, employing fire-testing furnace. The types of joint include welded joint, welded flange belted web joint and extended end-plate joint. Two welded joints and two welded flange belted web joints are divided into column stiffened and column unstiffened. Two thicknesses, 12mm and 16mm, were taken into account in the four extended end-plate joints, Each-thickness-end-plate joints comprised two specimens and one was stiffened in column and the other was not stiffened. The experimental results indicate that the rib stiffener can greatly enhance the fire-resistance of welded joint and extended end-plate joint. Increasing the thickness of end-plate has not significantly effect on the fire-resistance of extended end-plate joint.
