摘 要:以亚磷酸(H3PO3)、丙烯酸(AA)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,水为溶剂,过硫酸钠为引发剂,合成了膦酰基羧酸。通过正交实验对膦酰基羧酸的合成工艺进行了优化,并通过碳酸钙沉积法和磷酸钙沉积法对合成的膦酰基羧酸的阻垢性能进行评价。膦酰基羧酸的最佳合成工艺条件为:AA与AMPS质量比1∶1,H3PO3质量为AA和AMPS总质量的15%,Na2S2O8质量为AA和AMPS总质量的20%,反应温度为100℃,反应时间为5h。最佳工艺条件下合成的阻垢分散剂膦酰基羧酸在投加量为15mg/L时,对磷酸钙的阻垢率为100%,对碳酸钙的阻垢率为91.65%。A phosphono carboxylic acid was synthesized from phosphorous acid(H3 PO3) ,acrylic acid(AA) and 2-acrylylamidogen-2-methyl third sulfonic acid(AMPS)using water as solvent, sodium persulphate as initiator. The synthesis process was optimized through orthogonal experiments,and the scale inhibition performance of the obtained phosphono carhoxylic acid was evaluated by sedimentation of calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate, respectively. The optimum synthesis conditions of phosphono carboxylic acid were as follows:a mass ratio of AA to AMPS of 1 ,a H3PO3 content of 15%(based on the total weight of AA and AMPS), a Na2S2O8 content of 20% (based on the total weight of AA and AMPS) ,a reaction temperature of 100 ℃ and a reaction time of 5 h. Using scale inhibitor synthesized under the above conditions and an adding dosage of 15 mg/L,the scale inhibition rates were 100% and 91.65% for calcium phosphate and calcium carbonate,respectively.
