摘 要:目的:研究金雀根中的化学成分。方法:用色谱法分离金雀根的化学成分,用波谱法鉴定其结构。结果:从金雀根中分离并鉴定了7个化合物,其结构分别为(+)-stenophyllol B(1),对羟基苯甲酸(2),odoratin(3),白藜芦醇(4),cararosinol A(5),leachinolc(6),carasinaurone(7)。结论:化合物1为新化合物,是化合物stenophyllol B的对映异构体;化合物2~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective: To study the chemical constituents in roots of Caragana sinica. Method: The constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, and their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods. Result: Seven compounds were identified as ( + ) -stenophyllol B ( 1 ) , 4-hydroxybenzoic acid ( 2 ) , odoratin (3) , resveratrol ( 4 ) , cararosinol A ( 5 ) , leachinol C (6), carasinaurone (7) respectively. Conclusion: Compound 1 was a new compound which was the enantiomer of stenophyllol B. Compounds 2-6 were obtained from the plant for the first time.
