摘　　要：目的：研究金雀根中的化学成分。方法：用色谱法分离金雀根的化学成分，用波谱法鉴定其结构。结果：从金雀根中分离并鉴定了7个化合物，其结构分别为（＋）-stenophyllol B（1），对羟基苯甲酸（2），odoratin（3），白藜芦醇（4），cararosinol A（5），leachinolc（6），carasinaurone（7）。结论：化合物1为新化合物，是化合物stenophyllol B的对映异构体；化合物2～6为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents in roots of Caragana sinica. Method： The constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, and their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods. Result： Seven compounds were identified as （ ＋ ） -stenophyllol B （ 1 ） , 4-hydroxybenzoic acid （ 2 ） , odoratin （3） , resveratrol （ 4 ） , cararosinol A （ 5 ） , leachinol C （6）, carasinaurone （7） respectively. Conclusion： Compound 1 was a new compound which was the enantiomer of stenophyllol B. Compounds 2-6 were obtained from the plant for the first time.
