腹腔镜手术联合中药治疗子宫内膜异位症34例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察补肾活血解毒方对腹腔镜术后的子宫内膜异位症患者的临床疗效。方法将96例患者随机分为3组,西药组口服孕三烯酮,中药组口服补肾活血解毒方,对照组未予药物治疗。观察临床疗效及妊娠情况。结果西药组和中药组疼痛症状和体征完全缓解率高于对照组,累积复发率也低于对照组;中药组和对照组2年内妊娠率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中药组和西药组2年妊娠率差异虽无统计学意义(P>0.05),但妊娠率高(分别为72.73%和45%)。结论腹腔镜手术联合补肾活血解毒方治疗内异症疗效明显,尤其对合并不孕症的患者,是治疗内异症的首选方法。Objective To observe the effect of Bushen Huoxue Jiedu Recipe（decoction for reinforcing the kidney, activating the blood, and removing toxins） on the endometriosis patients after peritoneoscope operation. Methods The 96 patients were randomized into 3 groups. Western medicine was administered gestrinone, Chinese medicine group was given Bushen Huoxue Jiedu Recipe, and control group was not medicated. Their clinical effect and pregnant situation were observed. Results The complete remission rate of pains and signs of the two treated groups was higher and the accumulated relapse rate was lower than that of control group. The difference of within 2-year pregnancy rate of Chinese medicine group and control group was significant （P〈0.05）. Although the difference of pregnancy rate of the two treated groups was not significant （P〉0.05）, the pregnancy rate was high （72.73% and 45% respectively）. Conclusion The effect of Bushen Huoxue Jiedu Recipe on the endometriosis was obvious, especially for those who are complicated with sterility, being the first choice for the treatment of endometriosis.
