健胃愈疡颗粒对幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者的抗炎作用

摘　　要：目的从炎症角度探讨健胃愈疡颗粒对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡(PU)患者的作用及其机制。方法46例Hp阳性PU患者随机分为中药组和西药对照组,分别给予健胃愈疡颗粒和西药常规治疗,治疗前后采用HE染色观察胃窦炎症程度、免疫组化法检测胃黏膜核因子κB(NF-κB)、β-防御素2蛋白表达。结果健胃愈疡颗粒能显著减轻Hp阳性PU患者胃窦慢性炎症和活动性程度(P<0.01或P<0.05),抑制NF-κB的活化,下调NF-κB、β-防御素2的上增性表达(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论健胃愈疡颗粒可能通过抑制NF-κB的激活,下调β-防御素2的过度表达,在促进PU愈合过程中发挥抗炎作用。Objective To observe the effect and mechanism of Jianwei Yuyang （Strengthen the stomach to heal the ulcer） Granule on peptic ulcer （PU） patients. Methods Totally 46 Hp-positive PU patients were randomized into treatment group （treated with Jianwei Yuyang Granule） and control group （treated with western medicine）. Before and after treatment, the inflammation degree of gastric antrum was determined with HE staining and the expression of NF-κB and β-defensin-2 in the gastric mucosa was tested by immunohistochemistry respectively. Results Jianwei Yuyang Granule significantly relieved the chronic inflammation and active degree of gastric antrum （P〈0.01 and P〈0.05 respectively）, inhibited the activation of NF-κB, and down-regulated the increased expression of NF-κB and β-defensin-2 （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jianwei Yuyang Granule plays a role in anti-inflammation in promoting the healing of PU possibly through inhibiting the activation of NF-κB and decreasing the over-expression of β-defensin-2.
