黄芪注射液对含糖乳酸盐腹膜透析液所致水孔蛋白1表达异常的影响

摘　　要：目的观察黄芪注射液对含糖乳酸盐腹膜透析液所致水孔蛋白1(AQP-1)表达异常的影响。方法腹腔注射不同含糖浓度透析液和黄芪注射液,8周后观察大鼠腹膜透析超滤量、腹膜清除率、腹膜结构、AQP-1及其基因的表达。结果含糖组和黄芪组腹膜透析超滤量与对照组比较明显减少(P<0.05);高糖组尿素氮清除率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);腹膜透析后大鼠腹膜组织出现不同程度损伤,高糖组损伤尤为严重;高糖高黄芪组AQP-1表达较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论一定浓度的黄芪注射液可保护腹膜,但对AQP-1的表达尚无明确作用。Objective To observe the effect of Huangqi （Radix Astragali seu Hedysari） Injectio on the abnormal expression of aquaporin-1 （AQP-1） caused by glucose lactate peritoneal dialysis solution. Methods Different ＂glucose concentration lactate peritoneal dialysis solutions and Huangqi Injectio given to the rats intraperitoneally. Eight weeks later, the uhrafiltration of peritoneal dialysis, peritoneum clearance, peritoneal structure, AQP-1 and its gene expression were observed. Results Compared with the control group, in the glucose and Huangqi groups, the uhrafiltration of peritoneal dialysis was remarkably decreased （P〈0.05）; in the high glucose group, urea nitrogen clearance was remarkably lower （P〈0.05）. After the dialysis, the injuries of peritoneal structure in different degrees existed, especially worse in the high glucose group. The AQP-1 expression in the high glucose and high Huangqi group was remarkably decreased in comparison with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Huangqi Injectio can protect the peri toneum, but its definite function on the AQP-1 expression is not yet determined.
